Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. What 3D WOODWORX does not collect We do not keep or retain any payment info associated with any credit or debit cards. We do not even have access to your payment methods. They are processed through a highly secure 3rd party processor that encrypts the data and keeps it secure. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information based on direct marketing of 3D WOODWORX products or other products we sell on our site. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing us.

Return PolicyOUR RETURN POLICY PRODUCT RETURNS At 3D WoodWorx LLC, our top priorities include customer satisfaction. We do understand that there are times when a return or refund is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a full 10 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund (excluding return shipping charges and initial shipping charges, if applicable). You may initiate a return by emailing the reason for your return, your order number, and your name to JasonA@3dwoodworx.com. Refunds will only be issued to your original method of payment. In general, refunds take about 4-6 weeks to post in your original form of payment, but can take longer. To qualify for a refund, each below condition must be met: Reurned items can not be custom requests, All custom made products can not be returned for any reason. Returns must be requested within 10 days of the purchase date. 3D WoodWorx cannot provide refunds for requests made outside 10 days of the purchase date. All 3D WoodWorx LLC products, accessories and original packaging originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. Product must be shipped back within 3 calendar days of the Accepted Return Confirmation. We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping and handling charges. Additional terms and conditions: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns that are shipped missing products, accessories, or packaging originally provided with the original order will be rejected and return denied. All product returns will be charged a restocking fee of 35% of the original price of the product(s). 3D WoodWorx LLC will not issue refunds until the returned product has been delivered to 3D WoodWorx LLC, and the product has been inspected by a 3D WoodWorx LLC return specialist. Returned to sender or refused packages: Returned to sender or packages refused by the customer will be charged a 35% restocking/processing fee, and you will be issued a refund (excluding the 35% restocking /processing fee and any shipping charges if applicable) in the original form of payment. ORDER CANCELLATIONS 3D WoodWorx LLC orders are processed daily. Due to the speed of our order processing team, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve completed your purchase. This includes changes like : removing items on your order 3D WoodWorx LLC is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer errors on the order page. We do not refund or replace orders that were shipped incorrectly due to customer error. Questions? Please contact our Luminance Smile® support team here. Once we approve a return, it is necessary that you ship your return items back to us within 3 calendar days. If your items aren’t shipped within said timeframe, 3D WoodWorx LLC may at its discretion deny the return request. Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of what we do. In the rare event you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact 3D WoodWorx LLC within 5 calendar days of your delivery. We will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
